We use a proven system. You send us your info, we build your site, and we get you online. No mucking around. No "let's circle back on that."
This is not bespoke design, brand consulting, or a three-month discovery process. It's lean, fast, and it works.
2. What You Get
Growth — $499 Upfront + $49/mo

- ✓Delivered within 2-3 weeks of receiving your content*

- ✓Full SEO optimisation + Google Analytics
- ✓Two rounds of revisions
Custom — Contact for Quote
- ✓Unlimited pages

- ✓Priority support

*If we're flat out with orders, turnaround may extend up to 4 weeks. We'll keep you posted.
3. What's NOT Included (in Growth)
The Growth package is our standard offering. These things require a Custom quote:
- →Booking systems or member portals
- →Blogs or content management systems
- ✗Custom branding, logo design, or brand guidelines
- ✗Endless revisions until the heat death of the universe
- ✗Phone calls, Zoom meetings, or "quick chats"
- ✗Anything beyond your selected page count
Need something extra? No worries — we can quote you separately. But for this offer, we keep it simple.
4. Hosting & Ongoing Costs
Hosting is $49/month (plus GST). This covers:
- ✓Keeping your site online and running smooth
- ✓SSL certificate (the padlock thing)
- ✓Regular backups
- ✓Security updates
- ✓Basic support via email
- ✓2 minor edit credits per month (text/image swaps)
Cancel anytime — but your site goes offline when payments stop. Fair's fair.
5. Timeline & Your Role
The clock starts when you:
- 1.Pay in full (for Growth plan)
- 2.Submit our intake form
- 3.Provide your logo, photos, and content
If you drag your feet, the clock stops. If you ghost us for 14+ days without a heads up, we may mark the project complete and move on. No hard feelings, but we've got other legends to help.
6. Revisions
- •Starter: One revision round
- •Growth: Two revision rounds
Revisions mean "swap this image" or "change that text." They don't mean "actually, let's start from scratch" or "my cousin reckons it should be blue."
Extra revision rounds? We can do that — for an extra cost. Quote on request.
7. Ownership & Access
- ✓You own what you give us (logo, copy, images)
- ✓The website design and code is yours
- ✓We retain admin access while hosting (to keep things running)
- ✓If you leave, we'll hand over your files. No dramas.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
- •Cancel hosting anytime via email — 30 days notice
- •Site stays up until the current billing period ends
- •No refunds for partial months or unused time
- •No refunds on completed builds — this isn't Kmart
9. The Legal Bits
- •Don't send us content you don't have the rights to use
- •We're not liable for missed leads, legal issues, or your mate's opinions
- •Payment = agreement to all terms, even if you only skimmed it
- •Australian law applies. We're based in Narre Warren, VIC.
